Ashley M. McCombs, MA, LPC, NCC - Chief Operating Officer
Have you felt distracted lately or an overwhelming sense of dissatisfaction? Do you find yourself constantly thinking about all the things you want to change? Whether you’re struggling with a specific challenge or simply can’t shake the feeling that there should be more to life—I want you to know you have the power to say: this is not how your story ends.
My goal as a therapist is to help you recognize your existing strengths and coping strategies while empowering you to build on what’s working and reshape what isn’t. I believe meaningful change comes from insight, self-exploration, and a deeper understanding of who you are and what you value. Together, we’ll work to uncover the clarity, confidence, and tools you need to grow and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
My own life experiences inspired me to pursue a career as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Slippery Rock University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor and currently serve as an adjunct faculty member at Robert Morris University, where I teach undergraduate courses in the School of Education and Social Sciences.
As you begin this journey, know that you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you—offering support, insight, and encouragement every step of the way.
