Brielle Ciarimboli - Intern
“You are worthy of love and belonging just as you are.” - Brené Brown
Hi, I’m Brielle!
I am a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I am currently attending Duquesne University as part of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master's program. Upon completion of the program, I will obtain my Master’s degree and work to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have previous experience working in the mental health field, and I am currently an intern here at My Life Counseling!
I am dedicated to providing a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. I enjoy supporting individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and a plethora of other mental health needs.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, meaning that I meet each client where they are and work at a pace that feels comfortable for them. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, personal growth, and meaningful change while emphasizing that you are the expert on your own experience. My goal is to help you feel supported throughout this process and empower you to develop the tools and skills needed to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
