Larissa is currently working towards obtaining her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and will graduate in the Spring of 2026. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and is also completing the evidenced based Gottman Method clinical training courses in order to specialize in Couples Therapy. From a holistic mind, body and spirit perspective, Larissa has a desire to partner with clients, guiding and supporting them in their journey to find ways to improve their lives.

Her integrative approach includes Person-Centered therapy, which focuses on the therapeutic relationship, as well as mindfulness, attachment, and cognitive-restructuring techniques. She strives to create a non-judgemental space that fosters acceptance and empowerment. You will work collaboratively to identify your values and discover ways to act in congruence with those values, accomplish your goals and become a better you. Her areas of focus include couples therapy, adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, job difficulties, life changes, family and relationship concerns, and self esteem.

Prior to going back to school to get her Master’s degree, Larissa received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics, and worked in the corporate world for nearly 15 years in information technology and project portfolio management. She has three kiddos who keep her family very busy and full of lots of fun.
