“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” - Maya Angelou
Hi there, I’m Larissa! I have a passion for supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and have completed evidence-based Gottman Method training, allowing me to specialize in couples therapy. From a holistic mind, body, and spirit perspective, I strive to partner with you—guiding and supporting you as you explore ways to improve your life and relationships.
My integrative approach draws from Person-Centered therapy, mindfulness, attachment work, and cognitive restructuring techniques. I aim to create a non-judgmental space that fosters acceptance, growth, and empowerment. Together, we will identify your values, align your actions with those values, and build a path toward your goals and a stronger sense of self.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, career stress, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident as you move forward.
Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and spent nearly 15 years in the corporate world working in information technology and project portfolio management. I’m also a mom of three, and my family keeps life full, busy, and full of joy.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward your goals and create a life and relationships that feel more fulfilling—you are absolutely worth it.
